HR, Statutes and Fees

​This page consists of four parts that are very important to both current and candidate members. Firstly, you will find here the association’s rules, translated to ‘Huishoudlijk Reglement’ in Dutch, which we abbreviate to ‘HR’. Within the HR, you find all of the important regulations associated with De Groene Uilen- Moestasj. Since this file consists of a lot of pages, it can be downloaded by use of the link underneath. Within the HR, there are a lot of references to our fine list (referring to the times where you don’t obey to the rules of the HR) and to the statutes of the association, which you can also find on this page. Finally, you can find an overview of all the costs connected to a membership and a clarifying table with the most recent amounts of contribution fees and fines. Make sure you check all of this out!

If the board is convinced that the first BS2 course was failed deliberately, then Article 4.8 paragraph a) of the internal regulations is deemed to apply. If the board does not come to that conviction, the course must be retaken on the earliest possible occasion. In case of willful failure to pass the referee course, a fine of 50 euros will be imposed.

- Fines attributed for playing without a game rule certificate will solely impact the player in question. Starting from the 2022-2023 season, it is required that players up to the age of 24 are in possession of a game rule certificate.
